⛏ Become a miner — signed app + Codex-guided setup
Install the signed DMG, bind this Mac, then use the app's Prepare action. Prepare opens Codex with a clear setup brief so it can adapt to this Mac instead of forcing a brittle installer script.

Install and open the app
Use the official notarized DMG. The menu bar app owns the local runtime, venv, setup prompt, heartbeat, and local bind endpoint.

Bind this Mac
The Bind button talks to the running app on
127.0.0.1, stores the miner token locally, and starts the daemon. If the dashboard is open on another machine, copy the setup link and open it on the miner Mac. -
Prepare with Codex
In the menu bar app press Prepare. It opens Terminal, asks for
codex loginif needed, then gives Codex a setup brief: inspect this Mac, install only missing pieces, avoid destructive changes, and verify Android/Codex/GitHub tooling. -
Start mining
When the card is online, use Start Auto for continuous queue work or Mine One for one app. Use Doctor only as diagnostics after Prepare.

For trusted colleagues without a miner or GitHub organisation access. Tokens can only use the Mimicreate workflow.

List free approved/released Mobile Application sessions, choose a saved key or upload a new key, start Mimicreate, monitor it, and download the complete listing/artifact bundle plus current package-specific source.
Trusted agents can inspect apps and groups, download verified artifacts, reserve submission work and mark signed releases submitted. MCP cannot mine, repair, release, delete or control emulators. Signing secrets are never returned.
